Special Services Department
The Kodiak Island Borough School District provides a free appropriate education for all exceptional children ages 3-21 residing within the district. These special education services are offered under authority of, and defined by, 4 AAC 52. If you know of a child who may qualify for special education services and is not presently receiving them, please contact 481-6221.
