English Language Acquisition Program

The primary goal of the ELAP program is to help limited English proficient students develop their knowledge of the English language and culture of the United States. Students qualify for this program through an assessment process. Margo Carmichael heads this department with help from Tad Wellman and Shannon Herbert.
