Important Dates: SBA and HSGQE 2006/2007

March 6: Principal Test Coordinator Training.

March 9: Schools set and publish building test schedule.

March 13: Rural Schools Test Administrator Training.

March 20: Schools gather all Accommodations Plans for ELL, Sp. Ed., and 504 students.

March 23: Test group assignments and pre-code labels fixed to test books.

March 28: Building test proctor training will be completed.

March 30: Training completed for staff who will assist in delivering accommodations.

April 2: Final check on test materials and test group assignments.

April 3: Grades 3-9 SBA and 10 SBA-HSGQE and HSGQE retest take Reading test.

April 4: Grades 3-9 SBA, 10 SBA-HSGQE and HSGQE retest take Writing test.

April 5: Grades 3-9 SBA, 10 SBA-HSGQE and HSGQE retest take Math test.

April 6, 9-13: SBA make ups; return test materials for scoring.

April 9 all 12 and 12+ HSGQE materials returned for shipping

April 20: All materials must be shipped for scoring.
