1. Implement and support educational programs and processes that ensure all students are proficient or beyond in reading, writing, and math.

2.Develop and implement a comprehensive staff development plan based on best practices to ensure accountability and high performance for all staff and students.

3. Improve communication with parents, staff, students, and community for the purpose of supporting student achievement and shared accountability.
